An international service company, Bourbon Marine & Logistics offers a high standard of quality of service to major players in the oil industry in all their areas of operation in the continental and deep offshore. With a fleet of 172 vessels, Bourbon Marine & Logistics is a pure player in offshore oil maritime services. Our maritime support activities are spread over the entire life cycle of an oil field.

As part of the development of its activity, Bourbon Marine & Logistics is looking for a Business Performance Manager for its head office in Marseille.

Your main missions:

· Manage and monitor the operational and financial performance of the Bourbon Marine & Logistics fleet by ensuring that it meets the criteria of profitability, growth, operational excellence and customer requirements
· Promote a positive image of the company to customers and stakeholders.

You will be required to intervene in the following areas:

· Contract management: ensure their execution according to Bourbon terms and standards, monitor customer satisfaction worldwide...

· Business management and performance: coordinate relations between contractors and ship management, work with the commercial department in the preparation of tenders, support smart shipping projects, ensure that ships are managed according to international regulations, provide operational support to the ship manager...

· Cost control and profitability: monitor the financial performance of ship managers and the logistics support costs charged to them, provide solutions to the ship manager to reduce costs, develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial performance...

· QHSE: Actively promote safety awareness among all shore and offshore personnel. Involve all staff on HSE issues...

Profile

You are an engineer or an officer graduated from the Merchant Navy School.
You have at least 5 years' experience in the maritime industry in the oil and gas sector. A previous experience on land with an operational and/or technical role would be a plus.
The Business Performance Manager has a solid knowledge of maritime legislation/regulations. You know how to analyze and communicate financial data, you know how to manage risks and you are sensitive to HSE issues.
